Benefit Concert Planned for Local Teenager

17 year old Jayci Wittmier was left paralyzed after a motor vehicle collision. A year ago, her family was told she would never breathe, eat or walk on her own again. Thanks to the help of intensive spinal cord therapy Jayci has made drastic improvements. The Swift Current teen hopes to one day walk again, but the therapy she will need to accomplish this goal is both costly and not covered by insurance. The Jayci Wittmier Benefit Concert will be held September 26th at the Living Sky Casino, with the family's hope to raise $15,000.00 through the event. All of this money will go towards Jayci's treatments. Tickets are $25.00 and can be purchased by calling 773-3477.

The Jayci Wittmier Benefit Concert will be held at the Living Sky Casino on September 26th and will feature local talent and Saskatchewan recording artist Brad Johner.
