The case involving a former Swift Current teacher facing Sexual Assault Charges was addressed in Swift Current Provincial Court on Wednesday. Legal Council appeared by telephone representing the accused, Klause B Froese. Legal Council requested an adjournment in order to confirm case details with the accused. The Judge granted the request and now the case against Klause B Froese has been adjourned until March 7 in Swift Current Provincial Court. The accused was absent from the Court room on Wednesday.

Froese was arrested back in December and later released on strict conditions. His charges include an alleged assault towards a student. Froese was immediately relieved of his teaching duties at O.M. Irwin School by the Chinook School Division following the Police investigation. S
