Vacated Nursing positions and staff illnesses have created a stressful situation for the Cypress Health Region and residents of Shaunavon over the past week with a series of temporary disruptions in service at the local Hospital. Trent Regier, Director of Rural Health for the Cypress Health Region states they are working as quickly as possible to resolve the vacancy of two Nursing positions at the Shaunavon Hospital with several new hire prospects already on the horizon.

In the short term, Shaunavon residents may see a few more temporary disruptions in service at the Hospital before the situation is fully rectified.
