Following weeks of on-line voting, the winner of the $10,000 in motion Community Pledge Challenge is Elbow. The money is earmarked for a community project that keeps children and youth in their community more physically active. Elbow plans to use its winnings for a safe and modern playground in their local park that also includes fitness equipment for use by parents, grandparents and visitors.

Elbow, Leader, Swift Current, Unity, Craven and the James Smith Cree Nation were the six finalists competing for the $10 000 prize.
