The Great Plains college SunDogs will launch the 2012 Basketball season on January 18 with both Women`s and Men`s teams taking to the court. Both GPC teams will face off against Millar Edge. Games are scheduled for 8:00pm at O.M. Irwin School in Swift Current.

The GPC SunDogs will play in the Alberta Colleges Athletic League with 13 games scheduled for the Women and 14 for the Men. Playoffs are set for the second weekend of March.
