It`s February 2 and the tradition of Groundhog Day continues. The results are in and Canada's Wiarton Willie did not see his shadow this morning and therefore predicts an Early Spring. Meanwhile, South of the border, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow and his prediction calls for 6 more weeks of winter.

Despite the outcome of Today`s prediction, the 2011-12 winter to this point in time as been extremely tolerable for Southwest Saskatchewan.
