40 year old Keith Currie of no fixed address appeared in Swift Current Provincial Court on Wednesday and plead guilty to one count of stealing a truck and one count of dangerous driving in relation to an incident in Tompkins on March 18th. He was sentenced to 13 months in a Saskatchewan jail. Currie is also wanted for other warrants in Ontario, that jurisdiction will deal with his alleged convictions after he serves his time in Saskatchewan.

Currie has been found guilty of 79 previous convictions, and has a record dating back to 1987.
