The case involving 52 year old Klause B Froese will go to Trial on May 25 in Swift Current Provincial Court. Froese's Lawyer appearing by telephone on Wednesday morning, entered a plea of Not Guilty. Froese was arrested back in December then released on strict conditions for an alleged sexual assault against a minor during his teaching stint at O.M. Irwin School.

Froese has yet to make an appearance before the Judge and his Lawyer has only given testimony by telephone to this point in time.
