With the recognition of the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s accession to the Throne as Queen of Canada, you`re encouraged to nominate someone in your community for the The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. In total 60 000 medals will be handed out to to 60,000 outstanding Canadians who have contributed to the country through their service, contributions and achievements with each Member of Parliament allocated 30 medals for distribution in their ridings.
