Jeff Woodward is carrying on the Pig Spleen forecasting tradition made famous by his late Uncle Gus Wickstrom of Tompkins. Woodward carefully studied the spleen son January 1 and is predicting a warmer than normal January and February with cooler conditions set to roll into the Region in March.
