On Saturday around 11:40am the Kindersley RCMP responded to a rural location near Kerrobert where a 50 year old hunter had been shot in the leg. The 50 year old Male was first taken to Biggar Hospital and later transferred to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon where he underwent emergency surgery for the injuries he had sustained. The Male victim remains in hospital, recovering.

No charges have been laid in this incident, however it is still under investigation by the Kindersley RCMP.
