Swift Current City RCMP are alerting the public of several recent thefts from washing machines in apartment buildings. The culprits area targetting unlocked smaller apartment buildings in the City. Once inside the building, the suspects damage the washing machines and remove the coin slots. In one instance two Men were witnessed fleeing the scene by an apartment tenant. RCMP advise apartment property owners to lock the outside doors to their buildings and tenants should report any suspicious individuals to the RCMP.
