Robin Gibb Dies at Age 62
Robin Gibb of the famous musical trio the Bee Gees lost his battle with colon and liver cancer on Sunday at the age of 62. Gibb had fallen into a coma in April and beat the odds surviving that condition due to pneumonia after a week. Robin's twin brother Maurice past away in 2003. The only surviving Bee Gee is older brother Barry. The Bee Gees enjoyed a string of hits through five decades and were still recording new material and touring up until Maurice's death in 2003.
