According to the latest figures from CMHC, Saskatchewan's housing market continued at a record pace in January. Urban housing starts were up 70.8 percent in January 2012 when compared to last January, with 473 projects reported across the Province.

Single family dwellings were up by 20.8 per cent in January 2012 over January 2011, while multiple units increased by 124.8 per cent.
