Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall has announced that the Spring session of the Legislative Assembly will commence on March 5 with the Provincial Budget delivered on March 21.

Wall indicates the Provincial Budget will focus on keeping the Government's election commitments while maintaining fiscal responsibility and a balanced budget.
