28 year old Wayne Podolski will spend the next sixty days in jail for inappropriately touching a seventeen year old girl. On March 19th Podolski had attended a party for his birthday, the seventeen year old girl was also at the party. By the end of the evening Podolski had consumed an excessive amount of alcohol and inappropriately touched the girl while giving her a hug.

Upon his release, Podolski has been ordered to stay away from the seventeen year old girl, and he will be added to the DNA data bank.
