Street Clearing Budget Continues to Save Money
Thanks to a continued lack of snowfall this season, the City of Swift Current is reporting close to 65 percent in cost savings for snow removal in 2011-12.
City crews have been busy with sanding icy streets and attending to potholes over the past several weeks.
