The Great Plains College SunDogs kicked off thee 2012 ACAL Basketball season last night with both teams losing to Millar Edge. The Women's team lost 58-11 to the Millar Edge in the first SunDogs Women's basketball game in three years. Liz Zazalak led the SunDogs with six points. Meanwhile, in the Men's division, the SunDogs trailed by 18 early in the fourth quarter, closed the gap to 7, and eventually lost 62-46. Mike Tuchscherer led the SunDogs with 16 points. Both games were played at O.M. Irwin School.
