The Great Plains College SunDogs Men's Basketball team dropped a pair of home games over the weekend, falling to 1-4 in ACAL action this season. On Friday the SunDogs lost 100-59 to the Centre High Griffins and Saturday were defeated 92-35 by the Olds Broncos. Kale Scherger led all SunDogs scorers on the weekend with 36 points, including 25 in Friday's loss. Meanwhile, the SunDogs Women's Basketball Team lost both of their games by forfeit, as injury troubles forced them to play both games with three ineligible players.

The GPC SunDogs are back on home court on Saturday as they host the Ambrose Lions at O.M. Irwin School. Game times are 6:30 p.m. for the Women's team and 8:00 p.m. for the Men.
