461 registered volunteers will lend a hand in a number of areas during the 2010 Ford World Women's Curling Championship in Swift Current. From security to driving teams and dignitaries around the city, volunteers will play a key role over the nine days.

City Councilor, Dennis Perrault is one of the many volunteers during the championship and says he's looking forward to meeting curlers and fans from around the world.
